Structural and precision metal fabrication including cutting, forming, welding, and finishing. Sourced from vetted shops and delivered to your exact specifications. Suitable for one-off prototypes and recurring production orders.
Plastic Injection Molding
Custom plastic injection molding for complex geometries, multi-cavity tooling, and high-volume production runs. Roeck manages tooling development and production through an ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certified partner network.

Custom wood fabrication for product components, fixtures, and finished goods. Domestic suppliers offer standard and custom species, with finishing options to match your product requirements.
Casting and Forging
Sand casting, die casting, and forging for metal components requiring complex geometry or high structural integrity. Managed through Roeck’s certified supplier network with full material and inspection documentation available.
